With more than 20 years of experience in conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, project evaluations, and feasibility studies, PCS is uniquely poised to produce the deliverables of most hydropower and environmental assignments in Bhutan.
Our team has in-depth experience in implementing projects with various ministries within the Royal Government of Bhutan and international donors such as ADB, World Bank, WWF, FAO, Green Climate Fund (GCF), and UNDP. PCS has been involved in over 20 donor-funded assessments and studies ranging from Hydropower Development Studies and Rural Electrification, Road Transport Development studies, Health Program development, and integrated water projects.
