Phuensum Consultancy Services (PCS) is a multidisciplinary consulting firm established in May 2013 through the amalgamation of Ongdi Consultancy Services (1998) and Bhutan Creative Solutions (2007), carrying forward more than two decades of combined consulting experience. Since its inception, PCS has built a strong track record in supporting government agencies, international development partners, and multilateral institutions in the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects aligned with sustainable development objectives. The firm has successfully delivered more than 20 donor-funded assignments across sectors such as hydropower, renewable energy, rural electrification, urban infrastructure, water resources management, road transport, health programme development, biodiversity conservation, climate resilience, and social development.
