The GNHC sought support from the Climate Investment Fund (CIF) in developing a Strategic Program for Climate Resilience (SPCR). Six technical studies were carried out under the project over four years. The objective of this assignment was to prepare a closing report for the SPCR project, capturing how the SPCR process and its technical studies contributed to the 12th Five Year Plan, implementation challenges, relevance to other climate-related activities, and next steps.
