Project Evaluation

The assignment involved conducting an Interim Evaluation of the Bhutan for Life Project to inform the remaining duration of the project.

Outcomes

We delivered the following solutions to ensure compliance:

Carried out an evidence-based, independent evaluation.
Participated in and conducted stakeholder consultations and interviews with project implementing agencies.
Undertook site visits to Protected Areas and select Biological Corridors, beneficiary villages and pilot sites, including focus group discussions.
Conducted desk reviews, online surveys and data compilation, and prepared the evaluation report.
