Project Evaluation

The consultants conducted the Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) of the Adaptation Fund supported water project in accordance with Adaptation Fund evaluation guidelines, covering implementation from inception till date.

Outcomes

We delivered the following solutions to ensure compliance:

Reviewed the Project Document, Results Framework, EMP, Gender Action Plan, Project Performance Reports, Monitoring Reports, and relevant national policies.
Conducted consultations with national and local stakeholders, including government agencies, local governments, implementing partners, beneficiary community, women's groups and vulnerable populations.
Undertook field visits across project landscapes to assess and validate implementation of activities.
Prepared and submitted the MTE report to key stakeholders.
